Hi Georgiy,

Welcome to Microsoft Community and we appreciate your interest in Windows 10.

Let me help you to fix the issue.

To understand the issue better, I would like to know how did you un-install the Windows store? Please elaborate (steps).

Let's try simple steps and check if this helps in resolving the issue. Follow the below steps:

Step 1.

I would recommend you to create a new user account and check. Follow the below steps.

  1. Press theWindows key + R on the keyboard.

  2. Typenetplwiz and pressEnter.

  3. Click on Add button and create a new user account.

If the issue still persist, try the below steps.

Step 2.

Since you have uninstalled Widows store all the Windows store file has been removed from the folder. So, I suggest you to perform a DISM to check if the folder files is available or if it can be repairable. Please follow the below link and go to the section DISM and try the steps.

If the above step did not help to fix the issue, try the below step.

Step 3.

I recommend you to go to the below link on Reinstalling preinstalled apps and try the steps.

I had several Windows 10 apps not launching including Store and Weather.  I thought I could simply delete them and reinstall them, but you can't do this with these pre-installed Windows apps.   I read several procedures including the excessively complicated one where you had to write changes in Windows Powershell.  I should add that this procedure did not fix my issue.  What everyone appears to forget is that one of the great advantages of Windows 10 is that Microsoft recognizes that the computer is the owner of the software, and you can reinstall it by simply going to Windows Update and replacing Windows 10 with Windows 10.  All problems solved!!!   Much, much easier than trying to fiddle around with your registry entries.

Good Morning,

Believe me I tried everything to get the store working, I even tried editing through RegEdit, which is risky, so don't do it! but nothing. I tried all the CMDs people are posting on forms, I tried, using RUN and resting the store I kept getting error message.....basically everything I tried I got error message after error message and, I did find the deleted files using Advanced System Care undelete, and I thought finally, clicked recover and it did not put them back in the Reg, just saved them to my desktop, which was useless. AND the last thing I wanted to do was Reset my PC because I don't trust back ups and I CBA to install all my Apps again.

So I thought I'll try making a new user account  to see if it works from there. It did! (make it an ADMIN ACCOUNT) So I signed out of my email on the corrupted account, signed into the email on my new account, went into User Accounts, deleted the corrupted account but kept the files (photos, work etc) and BANG BOOM! Done!

It wasn't how I thought I'd fix it but it's a solution that takes time, but no more time than searching hours for a cure on the internet, it took me maybe 30mins to 1Hour to set everything back up the way I wanted so it is well worth it, as it was agony trying to figure out why I just couldn't fix it.

If this doesn't work for you, please don't waste your time looking for a cure there is not one! Unless you have one then please post it! and Save some other poor soul.  Or BURN YOUR PC and get a Mac :D :L

Hope this helps.

Alex
